This Action Baby carrier features a padded waist band with dual sided adjusting buckle, adjustable padded shoulder straps and attached hood that buckles up to the carrier to cover the child's head when in use. I have to say I am extremely impressed by this budget friendly carrier. It was comfortable for both front and back carries with my toddler for both wearing around the house and out shopping. However, I will say it would be better suited for a smaller child, up to 18 months, as it has a tall but narrow panel. With no infant insert needed, this is a great go-to carrier for a smaller child!
